All warranties, guarantees, and policies are subject to "Burt's Custom Tile" owner's approval (Guy Burt). Installation is guaranteed for 1 year (12 months). This guarantees our installation. This does not provide for structural differences, such as house settling or natural disaster. Please inquire for more detailed and a complete list of agreements. The above mentioned is not a binding contract.
